Introduction of ultrasonic transducer:
The ultrasonic transducer, generates sound waves and are reflected back to the transducer by boundaries between tissues in the path of the beam, that's the boundary between objects. When these echoes hit the transducer, they generate electrical signals that are sent to the ultrasound scanner.The ultrasonic piezo sensor is one type of sound-related sensor. These ultrasonic transducers can send the electrical signals to the object, and once the signal strikes the object then it reverts to the transducer. The frequency range of ultrasonic waves is above a certain kHz. These are mainly used in measuring applications, such ultrasonic heat meter, water meter, welder, cleaner, etc.
What is it made of: ultrasonic sensor:
The ultrasonic transducer of high frequency, which is made up of an active element, a backing, and wearplate. Its active element is a piezoelectric or single crystal material which converts electrical energy to ultrasonic energy. It will also then receives back ultrasonic energy and converts it to electrical energy.
